At PeanutButterPigs Guinea Pig Rescue, about 90% of the guinea pigs we take in are found roaming or abandoned. We hold each found guinea pig for 3 days, giving owners a chance to reclaim their pet. After that, we consider the animal abandoned, and they officially join our rescue for adoption. Below are the guinea pigs we’ve recently found.
